Associate Java Developer - IT Master Data
Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Web Application Developer (Java Full Stack) to join our IT team. In this role, you will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise web applications and digital platforms. You will work closely with the Master Data organization and business stakeholders to ensure master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with established standards and best practices. You will help developing data governance processes, workflows, and approval mechanisms while supporting current business requirements, internal policies, and external compliance requirements. Working alongside experienced Master Data specialists, business analysts, application teams, and functional experts,
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, and relational databases, focusing more on Master data governance.
- Develop user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,



and exposure in any modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Support the development and integration of RESTful APIs with internal and external applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Develop unit tests and support integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Business stake holders, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
- Support application enhancements, maintenance activities, and production issue resolution.
- Continuously learn new technologies, development tools, and enterprise software engineering practices.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Min 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development or equivalent internship/project experienc
