Job Description
Overview
The Qualified Services Support Specialist provides essential operational, administrative, and project coordination support to ensure successful delivery across client engagements. This role partners closely with Project Managers, consultants, and cross‑functional teams to maintain documentation, track project progress, support governance processes, and uphold quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and proactive in anticipating project needs.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate project kick‑off meetings, including participation from client and internal personnel.
- Book and document Enterprise and Customer internal project meetings as directed by the Project Manager, attend meetings, and publish minutes.
- Monitor execution of Enterprise, Customer, and account‑specific project tasks, following up and alerting the Project Manager on required actions.

Documentation & Repository Management




- Maintain account‑specific documentation for each project, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Create and maintain the project repository in alignment with Customer and account playbook requirements.
- Manage and organize project documentation within the account‑specified tools.
- Document, review, and enforce project management standards, templates, and best practices.

Project Planning & Reporting
- Draft detailed project schedules, capturing tasks, timelines, and dependencies in the approved scheduling tool.
- Update and maintain project schedules to reflect progress and changes through weekly follow‑ups with the Project Manager.
- Draft high‑level communication plans to support stakeholder engagement and information flow.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with the project plan.
