- Ability to handle billing-related calls and customer queries.
- Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the office location are preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls related to hospital billing and payment queries.
- Clarify billing-related information to patients/customers.
- Coordinate with the concerned internal teams for billing issues.
- Follow up on pending billing-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure timely resolution of billing-related concerns.
