Job Summary

We are urgently hiring Sales Executives to join our growing team in Malad, Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for advising customers on financial savings and investment/insurance plans, helping them select the best options for their financial goals. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers to explain various savings, investment, and insurance plans.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve individual sales targets.
- Maintain clear communication and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education & Experience:
- Graduates: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in Insurance/Financial Sales.
- HSC (12th Pass):



Candidates with a minimum of 1.5 years of BPO / Telesales experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong sales pitch skills.

Work Schedule & Location
- Location: Malad, Mumbai (In-office / On-site)
- Shift Timings: 9-hour rotational day shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational day off per week

Compensation & Perks
- Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Final salary depends on communication skills, sales capability, and prior experience level).
- Immediate joining options available for selected candidates.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
