About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage and own the complete recruitment lifecycle across IT, Call Center/BPO, Sales, and other corporate functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on recruitment experience, excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently drive multiple requirements from sourcing to successful joining.
This role requires a professional who can not only close positions but also contribute towards improving recruitment processes, SOPs, tracking systems, reporting, and overall hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Handle sourcing,



screening, interviewing coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, documentation, follow-ups, and joining.
- Manage multiple senior, mid-level, and critical requirements simultaneously.
- Recruit across diverse functions including:
- IT / Technology
- Call Center / BPO
- Sales / Business Development
- Digital Marketing
- Corporate / Support Functions
- Other specialized roles as required.
- Partner independently with HODs, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Take ownership of difficult and niche positions and drive them towards closure within defined timelines.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening based on skills, experience, stability, compensation, notice period, and organizational fit.
