Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS) as per IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and OEM standards.
- Conduct Internal System, Process, Product, and Layered Process Audits (LPA).
- Coordinate and facilitate Customer, Certification, and Surveillance Audits.
- Prepare, review, and control SOPs, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Quality Records.
- Monitor closure and effectiveness of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Lead problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma tools.
- Support implementation and maintenance of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.
- Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and present QMS KPIs.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Track quality objectives,



process performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams for quality improvements.
- Manage risk assessment, change management, and document control activities.

Required Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Lead Auditor Certification in IATF 16949/ISO 9001 preferred.
