SAP Project Manager

Experience: 5-12 years
Location: PAN India
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong experience in SAP Activate methodology and proven ability to independently manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP projects independently from project initiation through Go-Live and hypercare.
- Manage projects using the SAP Activate methodology across Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional SAP teams including functional, technical, integration, data migration, and testing teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, senior management, clients, and implementation partners.
- Drive Fit-to-Standard/Fit-Gap, configuration, development, testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, and Go-Live activities.




- Conduct project governance meetings and provide regular project status reports.
- Ensure successful transition to support/hypercare after Go-Live.

Mandatory Skills
- SAP Project Management
- SAP Activate Methodology Mandatory
- End-to-End SAP Implementation experience
- Robust stakeholder and team management skills
- Project planning, risk and issue management
- Cutover and Go-Live management
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is preferred
- SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager exposure is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Activate certification
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification
- Experience managing large-scale SAP transformation/implementation projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills

Ideal candidate: An SAP Project Manager who has independently owned and delivered complete SAP projects from initiation implementation Go-Live hypercare, with practical experience in the SAP Activate framework.
