Role Description
The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role supports daily operational activities, including coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory management for diagnostic products.



The Operations Assistant will help monitor workflow, track orders, and ensure timely communication between internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include supporting operations management initiatives, preparing basic reports, and assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role also involves handling routine customer and service-related queries, ensuring a professional and responsive experience.

Qualifications
