Role Overview
As a Product B2B Marketing Specialist, you will own the strategy and execution of
content-driven marketing campaigns. Your goal is to attract startup founders, HR professionals,




and investors while forging B2B partnerships with influencers, organizations, and communities.
Youll also oversee the distribution of our GTM (Talent Pool) to drive product-led growth and
generate potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute an engaging B2B content marketing strategy tailored to startup
founders, HRs, and VCs.
Create high-quality content such as newsletters, and LinkedIn posts.
Craft messaging that highlights the value of our talent pool and product offerings.
2. GTM & Growth Marketing
Distribute and market our Talent Pool to potential clients using data-driven GTM
strategies.

Optimize product marketing materials to drive inbound leads and product adoption.
Run email, social media, and paid campaigns to nurture prospects and retain clients.
Develop sales enablement content (decks, one-pagers, battle cards) for business
development teams.
