1. New Business Development of Automotive parts in OEMs
2. Responsible for managing the existing, business/key accounts
3. New order booking, Enquiry & RFQ register
4. Replying to RFQs, Quotations & Proposals preparations, Purchase Order follow up, Price amendment
5. Making business plans for current programs and getting approvals from management
6. Participate in technical & commercial discussions
7. Closely working with design and component development team for localization of child parts, VA VE ideas
8. Share of Business (SOB) tracking & Competition analysis
9. Develop strategies to meet both customer and internal timeline
10. To carry out the yearly Commodity / Forex amendment working as per the agreed rule with customer
11. Cost impact calculation for engineering change

Recovery of obsolescence and air freight cost of imported components from customer due to
13. design/schedule changes
14. Carrying out customer satisfaction survey
15. Business controlling (monitoring customer settled pricing rules, profitability)
16. Account reconciliation of all customers, payment follow up and monitoring of customer deductions and rejections
17. Monitoring timely dispatches as per customer requirement in coordination with the plant
