Role Description
The Portfolio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate investments. This role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating property performance, and recommending acquisition,



disposition, or repositioning strategies to maximize returns and manage risk. The Portfolio Manager will monitor financial metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align portfolio decisions with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting due diligence, reviewing investment proposals, coordinating with external partners (agents, developers, and financial institutions), and ensuring that portfolio activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes direct interaction with clients and stakeholders to present insights, address queries, and support informed investment decisions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Portfolio Management and Investments skills to plan, manage, and optimize diversified real estate holdings.
