About the role

Fintegic Investments is hiring an Accountant cum MIS Executive for its Haldwani office. You'll own day-to-day accounting in Tally and the recurring reporting that keeps the business informed — receivables, client data, and monthly summaries. Small team, direct reporting, real ownership of the numbers.

Accounting

Day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime — sales, purchase, journal, bank, receipts

Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

GST working, reconciliation with 2A/2B, and return filing coordination

TDS working, challan preparation, quarterly return coordination

Vendor payments, expense tracking, petty cash

Coordination with the CA for monthly closing, audit, and statutory filings

MIS and Reporting

Maintain and reconcile receivables against statements from partners and platforms

Client-wise and product-wise tracking and monthly reporting

Build and maintain recurring reports in Excel or Google Sheets





Clean and consolidate data from multiple exports into a single reliable sheet

Prepare monthly summaries for management review

Flag discrepancies proactively rather than waiting to be asked

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent

2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience with Tally Prime as the primary tool

Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance

Excel or Google Sheets: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, basic data cleaning

Comfortable working with large, inconsistent data exports

Accuracy and follow-through — this role runs on both

Based in Haldwani or willing to relocate

Experience in financial services, mutual fund distribution, or a CA firm

Familiarity with Power Query or Google Sheets QUERY

Exposure to CRM or portfolio tracking platforms
