Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and building strong relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call handling, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or related field (real estate industry preferred).
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in making domestic calls, including outbound calling campaigns.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
