1. Job Purpose

The Catering Telecalling & Business Conversion Executive will be responsible for generating catering enquiries through telephone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels, understanding customer requirements, promoting HappyMenu's catering and event services, and converting enquiries into confirmed business.

The primary objective is to generate qualified leads, follow up consistently, negotiate professionally and achieve monthly sales/conversion targets.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Telecalling & Lead Generation
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers, companies, offices, institutions, event organizers and individuals.
- Contact existing and potential customers to generate catering enquiries.
- Promote HappyMenu's catering, event management, corporate meal services, Kerala Sadya, wedding catering and other food services.
- Identify potential bulk catering requirements such as weddings, Onam/Sadya, corporate functions, meetings, parties and institutional requirements.
- Maintain a daily calling target as assigned by management.




- Generate current leads through telephone, WhatsApp, social media enquiries and other available sources.

B. Customer Requirement Understanding
- Clearly understand the customer's:
- Event type
- Date and time
- Number of guests
- Location
- Food/menu requirements
- Budget
- Service requirements
- Additional event requirements
- Record all customer requirements accurately in the company's CRM/lead register.
- Provide customers with suitable catering options based on their requirements and budget.

C. Business Conversion
- Convert enquiries into confirmed catering orders.
- Follow up with every qualified enquiry until it is converted, rejected or closed.
- Explain quotations, menus, packages, rates and service conditions clearly.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager/Operations Team for customized quotations.
- Negotiate professionally within the pricing limits approved by management.
