Your current role
As a Consultant in Promotional Review Services (PromoMats), you will govern centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) services within Veeva Vault PromoMats – ensuring the integrity, accessibility, compliance, and lifecycle management of approved content and supporting materials across the global organisation. You will be at the intersection of content excellence, technology, and compliance, playing a critical role in how Novo Nordisk delivers high-quality promotional and non-promotional materials to markets worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for DAM within Veeva Vault PromoMats, including management of assets, components, references, claims, and brand portals – governing content libraries and metadata standards to ensure discoverability, reusability,



and compliance
- Performing scientific and editorial quality control reviews, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to approved source references, claims, key messages, and brand guidelines prior to submission
- Leading initiatives focused on vault optimisation, content hygiene, taxonomy enhancements, and scalable library structures to improve operational efficiency across the global content supply chain
- Evaluating, piloting, and scaling automation, AI, and GenAI use cases within PromoMats and related content ecosystems to continuously improve content operations
- Coordinating with Brand Teams, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and agency stakeholders to support timely review and approval of materials – managing incoming asset and reference approval requests from assigned global brands and affiliates
- Strategically prioritising tasks across a diverse workload, proactively recommending process
