Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our client in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls/chat as per the process requirement.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality.
- Meet process-specific performance and productivity targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous customer service/BPO experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in rotational or process-specific shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
