About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident IT Sales Executive who can manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to conducting meetings, presenting our technology solution, and converting businesses into active users.
This is a field-oriented B2B sales role where client meetings, product demonstrations, and on-ground business development are an important part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential business clients and decision-makers.
Conduct face-to-face client meetings and understand their requirements.
¢ Present and demonstrate our IT product and explain its business benefits.
¢ Convince clients to download, register, and use our platform.
¢ Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, and direct outreach.
¢ Build strong relationships with business owners, HR teams, managers, and decision-makers.
¢ Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to meeting,



demonstration, conversion, and follow-up.
¢ Achieve assigned monthly sales, meeting, and download targets.
¢ Maintain daily updates of leads, meetings, conversions, and follow-ups.
¢ Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding.
Requirements
¢ 1+ year of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, or Field Sales.
¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
¢ Comfortable with daily client visits and face-to-face meetings.
¢ Ability to confidently pitch and sell technology products to businesses.
¢ Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
¢ Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
¢ Experience in selling SaaS, software, mobile applications, digital products, or IT solutions will be an advantage.
