We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT positions, sourcing strategies, and the ability to evaluate technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements for IT roles such as developers, testers, DevOps engineers, etc.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Negotiate salary and manage offer process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Stay updated on IT market trends and hiring practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field




- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for niche technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Understanding of technical screening methods
- Certification in HR or recruitment (optional)
