Role & responsibilities :
- Maintain Work place Discipline and valuable employee relation.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance & annual maintenance of the machines.
- Responsible for the good working condition of CNC, VMC, HMC, hardness testing & VTL
- Responsible for maintaining good health of all equipments.
- Responsible for PLC programming, Access Control & Critical Process Parameter setting/fine tune.
- To coordinate with Q.A. department for continuous improvement in plant status regarding better product & package quality.
- Responsible for maintaining QMS & GMP (Good Maintenance Practices) & 5s in their respective Areas.
- Plan for safety of Personnel, facilities & equipment.
- Spare parts management planning, indenting and keeping tab on cost of spares.
- Deliver on all Plant Performance Criteria as per BSC.
- Train, Motivate and Build team bonding among employees.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Kaizen projects with wide participation.
- Effective implementation of Quality Management Systems (IATF / EHS etc.).
- Report monthly Plant Performance to Senior Management.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation.
