Job Summary

SS Hyundai, Pathanamthitta is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and service-related communications.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers for appointments, feedback, and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience of minimum 4 years in customer relationship management,



automobile sales/service, telecalling, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of basic computer applications and MS Office.
- Strong customer-service and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
