*Salary- 23000 in hand*

Job Summary:

The EUC Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related software. This role ensures smooth operations, security compliance, and optimal user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, iPads, and Mobile Devices

Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Outlook, MS Teams, VPN, and standard enterprise applications

Perform password resets, account unlocking, and basic Active Directory tasks

Log, track,



and resolve incidents & service requests using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues

Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for hardware replacement and warranty support

Maintain asset tagging, tracking, and inventory updates

Provide remote and limited in office support as required

Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, and CSAT targets

Follow ITIL processes for incident, request, and escalation management

Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Teams

Desktop / Laptop / Printer Troubleshooting

Basic Networking: IP, DNS, LAN, VPN

Active Directory User & Password Management

ITSM / Ticketing Tools

Asset & Inventory Management
