We are seeking a dynamic Sales executive to oversee and drive sales operations in the Bilaspur Chhattisgarh regions. The candidate will be responsible for accelerating sales growth across cement, TMT, paints, construction chemicals, and tile adhesives."

Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned regions.

Team Handling: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Recovery and Credit Management: Ensure timely recovery of payments and effective management of credit control.

Reporting: Prepare, analyze,



and present sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making."

"Requirements:

2–8 years of sales experience in construction materials or related industries.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of the local market in Korba, Bilaspur, and Raigarh.

Willingness to travel frequently within the region."
