Senior Associate / Assistant Manager Private Equity Fund Accounting

Function: Fund Services / Private Equity Fund Accounting

We are seeking an experienced Private Equity Fund Accounting / Fund Services professional to manage fund accounting, NAV preparation, investor allocations, capital activities, management fees, carried interest and waterfall calculations for global Private Equity and Private Debt funds.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and reporting for complex Private Equity / Private Debt fund structures, including SPVs and master-feeder funds.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly NAVs, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions and investor reporting.
- Perform management fee, preferred return, carried interest and European/American waterfall calculations.
- Process investor commitments, subscriptions, transfers, redemptions and other capital activities.




- Handle fund-level accounting, financial reporting and performance metrics including IRR, TWR and Investment Multiple.
- Review NAV workbooks and deliverables and resolve accounting/operational queries with global clients.
- Support accounting for alternative instruments including Bank Debt, TRS, MBS and CLOs.
- Drive process improvements and ensure timely, accurate delivery of client requirements.

Candidate Profile

812 years of experience with 4+ years in Private Equity Fund Accounting / Fund Services / Financial Reporting, robust knowledge of fund structures, NAV, waterfalls, carried interest and investor reporting. Excellent communication and client management skills with willingness to work US shift (6 PM3 AM).
