Experience:
- Extensive experience in technical support, system administration, or development related to healthcare management systems (on Facets platform).
- Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care
- Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.
- Solid familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.
- Healthcare knowledge (Medicare, Medicaid, insurance terms, etc.) is desirable.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situation (Major incidents / Application outage)

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with web services.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.




- Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations is a plus.

Must haves:

- Provide L2 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications
- Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
- Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
- Collaborate with L2 support, Dev, and QA teams on hotfixes and releases
- Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, flexible shifts)
