Position: Field Sales Associate
Location: Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office / Field
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Can Apply)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current sales leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Visit potential and existing clients to promote company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and visit reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and order processing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of sales experience can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
