- Negotiating with suppliers in terms of Quality, Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms.
- Preparing purchase orders in tally and get approval then send it to supplier.
- Follow-up with suppliers, stores for delivery of raw material & consumables.
- Checking Availability and maintain data of raw materials.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.
- Updating Excel Order sheet / Coordinating over emails.
- Inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications
- Maintain Mater list of suppliers.
- Do local purchase, cash purchase for urgent items
- Maintaining QMS records.
- Checking of invoices in accordance with Purchase order and hand over to Accounts team.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts Dept for Purchase related payments and others of any.

Qualification : Any Degree. Diploma/Engineering Preferred.

Experience : 5+ years.

Candidates from Davanagere and Harihar preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
