Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct milk testing and analysis to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate homogenizers, UHT machines, and other dairy equipment to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements :
- 3-13 years of experience in the dairy industry or related field.
- Solid knowledge of milk testing procedures and techniques.
- Proficiency in operating homogenizers, UHT machines, and other dairy equipment.
