Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join Redlitmus Communications India Pvt Ltd and gain hands-on exposure to core Human Resources functions in a professional and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR administration activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal initiatives.
- Support the HR team in preparing reports, trackers, and HR documentation.
- Assist in addressing routine employee queries and coordinating with different teams.
- Learn and support HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For




- Students or recent graduates pursuing HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to work well with a team.
