Job Overview

TCS is hiring experienced professionals for MIS Analyst and MIS VBA Developer roles in Mumbai. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA Macros, MS Access, SQL, Reporting, Automation, and Management Information Systems (MIS) who can support business reporting, data analysis, dashboarding, and automation initiatives

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Design and automate reports using Excel VBA, Macros, and MS Access.
- Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain VBA applications and automation solutions.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to stakeholders.
- Support capacity planning, volume forecasting, SLA reporting, and business performance tracking.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely reporting delivery.
