Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives for our home healthcare services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, senior care communities, and individual customers, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.





The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales and business development, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business and revenue
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for home nursing and healthcare services
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, senior care facilities, and other healthcare organizations
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, corporate partnerships, and other channels
- Meet potential clients and understand their healthcare requirements
- Present and explain Bytez Corp's home healthcare services to prospective clients
