Production Supervisor Egg Processing

Location: Ambala / Hyderabad

Responsible for managing day-to-day egg processing, grading, packing and production operations while ensuring production targets, quality, food safety, hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage egg washing, sorting, grading, packing and coding as per production plans.
- Monitor production output, wastage, material consumption and changeovers.
- Ensure smooth operation of production equipment and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage manpower deployment and shift operations.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and production records.
- Ensure proper handling and segregation of broken, damaged and rejected eggs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, housekeeping, food safety and SOP requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of liquid egg and production waste.
- Conduct effective shift handovers and report production issues promptly.
- Support finished-goods movement, loading and dispatch as required.
