Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with 12 years of experience to support HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, and Employee Engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and coordination skills, along with a sound understanding of HR processes and recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, interview status, and closures.
- Coordinate salary discussions, documentation, background verification, and offer roll-out.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain an effective candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, including documentation, appointment letters, ID cards, and HRMS updates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
- Support employee transfers, confirmations, promotions, and other HR processes.
- Assist in employee exit and full & final settlement processes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee documentation and HR records.
