Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and provide accurate business insights to support management decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role, with strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of MIS data.
- Generate reports related to Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Dispatch, Attendance, Manpower, and other business functions as required.
- Track targets, achievements, variances,



and pending activities.
- Analyze data and highlight trends, gaps, and exceptions to management.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records and databases for reporting purposes.
- Automate and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible.
- Prepare presentations and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of business data.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, charts, and data validation.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Good understanding of data management and reporting processes.
- Knowledge of Power BI wil
