Job Description – Banquet Manager

Location: Park Inn by Radisson, Jalandhar
Position: Banquet Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise all banquet functions, events, conferences and social gatherings.
- Ensure smooth execution of events from pre-function planning to final completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
- Supervise and motivate the banquet service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, F&B; Service, Housekeeping and other departments.
- Ensure proper setup, presentation and readiness of banquet halls and event venues.
- Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower for each event.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety and service standards.
- Monitor banquet inventory, equipment and operating supplies.
- Assist in achieving banquet revenue targets while maintaining cost control.




- Conduct staff training and maintain high standards of grooming, discipline and customer service.
- Handle overall banquet operations and ensure every event is executed efficiently and professionally.

Requirements
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banquet or F&B; operations, preferably in a reputed hotel.
- Solid leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of banquet operations, guest service and event management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Professional personality with a strong customer-service orientation.

Salary: ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
