Aether Semiconductors is a fast-growing semiconductor company based in Mohali, building a young, high-caliber team. As we scale our brand presence, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to own our voice and visibility across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Executive who can build Aether's brand presence from the ground up on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms. This is not about managing an existing page — you'll be setting up and shaping how Aether shows up publicly for the first time: defining our tone, building a content calendar, and growing our following and engagement from zero. This role owns social media end-to-end, from content ideation and creation to scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and establish Aether's official presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc. as applicable) - including profile setup, branding, and initial positioning




- Define and build Aether's social media voice, tone, and content pillars from scratch
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across all platforms on a consistent basis
- Develop a content calendar covering company updates, hiring announcements, industry insights, achievements, culture posts, and thought leadership
- Design visual content (graphics, short videos, carousels) independently using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar — no in-house designer, so hands-on design ability is essential
- Write transparent, engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform's tone and audience
- Build initial follower base and drive organic growth and engagement from a zero-presence starting point
- Track platform trends and adapt content strategy to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with the audience and respond promptly
- Collaborate with HR/leadership
