Job Title: Data Engineer Trainer

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Work Mode: WFO ( work from office )

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer Trainer with 2+ years of industry/training experience to deliver practical, job-oriented training, hands-on projects, and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Hybrid ( Classroom and Online) Data Engineering training and hands-on labs.
- Guide students on projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Prepare students for technical interviews and industry requirements.
- Update syllabus, training materials, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students and track their technical progress.
- Maintain LMS, attendance, assignments, and training records.

Required Skills
- Python, SQL & PL/SQL, MongoDB
- AWS and/or Azure
- Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT & Data Pipelines
- Hadoop, Spark, Scala & Kafka
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Practical Data Engineering project experience preferred
