Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced senior workday analyst to join our HR team. You will be responsible for managing system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades for our workday platform.

Responsibilities
People Systems Management & Support
- Troubleshoot Workday issues, assess change impacts, maintain configuration standards, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Monitor Workday roadmap developments and stay current on HRIS trends, technologies, training,



and industry best practices through ongoing learning and community engagement.

Workday Configuration & Administration
- Configure and administer Workday solutions, including business processes, tenant setup, rules, validations, notifications, security, reports, and calculated fields, based on business requirements.
- Manage Agile workflows, documentation, system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades across HCM, Time & Absence, Leave of Absence, and Core Compensation modules.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects, support requirements gathering, design end-to-end solutions, and apply change management practices to drive adoption and value realization.

Testing, Controls & Documentation
- Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of system changes while ensuring compliance with required controls and governance standards.

Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Develop workforce reports and anal
