Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and related hardware issues.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and repair.
- Handle motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, charging, RAM, SSD/HDD and other hardware-related issues.
- Perform OS installation, software troubleshooting, driver installation and system configuration.
- Conduct laptop inspection, diagnosis and quality checks before delivery.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of customer devices.
- Maintain repair records and update job status in the system.
- Achieve repair turnaround time and quality/service targets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned team.

Requirements
- Experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of laptop hardware, components and basic electronics.
- Hands-on experience in motherboard-level troubleshooting/repair will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Customer-oriented with positive communication skills.
