Role Overview

Eevagga is looking for a high-ownership
Event Experience Consultant
who can convert qualified leads into premium birthday experiences. This is a consultative sales role where you will design end-to-end event solutions, guide clients through decisions, and drive closures.

You will work on pre-qualified leads and own the journey from first interaction to booking confirmation.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads via call and WhatsApp to understand requirements, budget,



and expectations
- Curate end-to-end event solutions including venue, decor themes, catering, and add-ons
- Present structured options and guide clients toward the best-fit experience
- Drive conversions and secure bookings through strong follow-ups and objection handling
- Create and manage client WhatsApp groups for seamless communication
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure feasibility before closure
- Build trust with clients by positioning Eevagga as a premium, reliable brand

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, event planning, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Strong ability to
sell, influence, and close deals
- Good aesthetic sense (themes, colors, decor understanding)
- Excellent communication skills (calls + WhatsApp selling)
- Structured thinking and ability to present clear options
- High ownership and follow-through mindset
