Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at QXL Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring and managing B2B client relationships. You will be responsible for promoting our diagnostic services to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic lab chiefs, and other healthcare professionals while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

Identify and prospect recent B2B clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs.

Meet with hospital owners, chief functionaries, and diagnostic lab heads to understand their needs and provide tailored diagnostic solutions.

Conduct a minimum of six client visits/calls per day to ensure consistent business development.





Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Close a minimum of [6] current accounts per month to meet sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned B2B accounts.

Provide customized solutions and service offerings to meet client needs.

Ensure high client satisfaction levels through excellent service and timely follow-ups.

Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns to maintain strong business relationships.

3. Sales & Revenue Targets

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and conditions in line with the company's policies.

Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and follow-up on overdue accounts.
