Quality Control Manager

Experience: 15–20 Years
Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry
Location: Alandi, Pune

Responsibilities -

Laboratory Operations & Testing -
- Manage daily chemical, biological, and microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediate batches, and finished products.
- Direct stability programs, including shelf-life and environmental stability studies for drug compounds.
- Ensure laboratory instruments and equipment are properly calibrated, maintained, and validated.

Compliance & Quality Assurance -
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP requirements and pharmacopeial guidelines, including USP and EP.
- Review and approve analytical data, test results, specifications, and laboratory documentation while maintaining data integrity.
- Lead laboratory responses during internal and external regulatory inspections, including FDA and local drug authority inspections.

Investigations & Continuous Improvement -




- Lead Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations and ensure effective root-cause analysis.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Oversee analytical method transfer, optimization, validation, and related laboratory activities.

Team Leadership & Resource Management -
- Train QC analysts on SOPs, analytical procedures, data integrity, GMP requirements, and laboratory safety protocols.
- Supervise QC personnel, allocate daily responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure effective utilization of laboratory resources and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
