Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new business across relevant logistics services, markets, verticals, and trade lanes while expanding revenue within existing strategic accounts.
- Own the sales pipeline, opportunity qualification, territory and account planning, and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting through the company CRM.
- Partner with Operations, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and global teams to design end-to-end logistics solutions and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team; set explicit targets, review performance, strengthen capability, and foster accountability and ethical selling.
- Track performance through key indicators such as revenue, gross profit, conversion rate, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, customer retention, and sales productivity, taking corrective action when required.





Other Skills and Capabilities:
- Proven ability to lead consultative, solution-based sales in freight forwarding, transportation, contract logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or related supply chain services.
- Demonstrated success building enterprise pipelines, winning complex accounts, and growing strategic customer relationships.
- Strong leadership and coaching capability, with experience setting targets, managing performance, and developing diverse sales teams.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, influencing, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, sales forecasting, performance dashboards, and decision-making.

Education Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
