Role & responsibilities

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure management

Design, implement, and manage highly available and scalable production environments

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and faster application deployments

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools

Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, and cloud security

Implement robust monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions

Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of critical lending platforms

Experience managing infrastructure for NBFC, FinTech, Banking, Lending, or other financial products is preferred

Strong understanding of security, access control,



encryption, secrets management, and data protection

Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, Security, and Operations teams

Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational processes

Monitor and optimize AWS infrastructure, performance, and cloud costs

Handle production incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and preventive actions

Follow industry best practices for security, compliance, audit readiness, and business continuity

Preferred candidate profile

Senior-level DevOps experience with solid AWS expertise; NBFC/FinTech experience preferred
