- Trainees / candidates from 4-star, 5-star and 7-star hotels are highly preferred.
- Candidates with training or experience in hotel reservations, front office, guest relations, hospitality sales or customer service will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant hotel management training and excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Confident and qualified telephone etiquette with good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable handling WhatsApp, email, telephone enquiries and follow-up calls.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed room bookings.
- Good computer knowledge and basic proficiency in MS Office, email and WhatsApp.
- Smart,



presentable, energetic and customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to work with booking and revenue targets.
