Role Description
The US Logistics Back Office Executive – Night shift is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting logistics operations for US-based shipments. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and overseas agents, updating shipment and tracking information in logistics systems, and preparing documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and compliance records.



The role involves responding to customer and client queries via email or phone, monitoring shipment status, and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders as needed. The executive will also assist in maintaining data accuracy, generating routine reports, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements during the night shift.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client inquiries, coordinate with partners, and provide transparent updates.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to support end-to-end freight forwarding and documentation processes.
- Basic Sales and account support skills to assist with quotations, rate confirmations, and client relationship maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift, remote setting with high attention to detail and time management.
