Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of
Electrical, LSS/ELV and MEP materials
for projects.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Raise and manage purchase orders as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores and Accounts teams.
- Track material orders, deliveries and pending requirements to ensure timely availability.
- Verify materials against approved specifications, BOQs and project requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases and purchase reports.




- Develop strong supplier relationships and support cost-effective procurement.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience
in procurement, preferably in
Electrical, LSS/ELV, MEP or interior fit-out projects
.
- Positive knowledge of Electrical, LSS/ELV and MEP materials.
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
