Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned AI Pre-Sales leader to drive solutioning and business development across our AI service line. This role blends deep technical expertise with robust business acumen — translating complex customer problems into compelling AI-led solutions, positioning our services, and driving deals from opportunity to closure across diverse industries and geographies. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator who partners closely with Sales and Marketing to shape go-to-market and account-growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Solutioning & Technical Leadership
- Understand customer business and technical challenges, and architect high-level AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions that address them
- Lead solution design across the full lifecycle — from concept and architecture to POCs, prototypes, and demos
- Position AI services and solutions in alignment with client priorities, industry context, and commercial viability




- Serve as the technical authority in client conversations, workshops, and executive presentations

Pre-Sales & Deal Management
- Own the technical and solution response for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals — including effort estimation, architecture, and win themes
- Partner with sales to build account strategies and drive opportunities from qualification to closure
- Develop client-facing collateral: proposals, solution decks, architecture blueprints, and business cases
- Support pricing, scoping, and commercial structuring of AI engagements

Marketing & Go-to-Market Collaboration
- Partner with the Marketing team to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategy, campaigns, and service-offering positioning for the AI service line
- Contribute to account mining strategy — identifying whitespace, expansion opportunities, and cross-sell/upsell plays within existing accounts
