Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and post Journal Entries, Payment Entries, Receipt Entries, and Contra Entries.
- Handle GST-related activities, including data preparation, reconciliation, and return-related compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist in monthly and periodic closing of books of accounts.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure proper accounting and classification of business transactions.
- Assist in income tax and other taxation-related activities as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding accounting and taxation queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and taxation-related tasks.
- Stay updated with applicable GST, TDS,



and taxation rules and regulations.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of Taxation and Accounting principles.
- Solid knowledge of Journal Entries and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple accounting activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1–3/4 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Taxation.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, BRS, Journal Entries, and taxation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
