About the Role

Prochant is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and exposure to reporting and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, exceptions, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc reporting requirements and data analysis requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business requirements.




- Assist in process improvement initiatives and report automation projects.
- Generate meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Monitor and track key business metrics and performance indicators.

Required Skills
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Power Query and DAX.
- Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Exposure to automation, reporting enhancements, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in creating dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders.
