The Royal Medical Centre (RMC) — Trivandrum's trusted name in non-surgical regenerative medicine since 2007 — is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

At RMC, we live by "Patient First. Surgery Last." — offering advanced, non-surgical treatments across Spinal Wellness, Joint Regeneration, Wound Care, Pelvic Health, and Neuro Rehabilitation. We're now looking for someone who can bring the same trust and excellence to our digital presence.

Role Overview

We need a hands-on digital marketer who can plan, execute, and track campaigns that build our brand and generate patient inquiries — across social media, search, and content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage social media calendars (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns for lead generation

Create/coordinate content (reels, posts, blogs) with designers and videographers

Manage SEO for the website and track rankings/traffic





Monitor analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and report performance

Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to translate treatments into patient-friendly content

Manage online reputation — reviews, Google Business Profile, patient testimonials

Support offline marketing tie-ins (camps, events, doctor talks) with digital promotion

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare/wellness industry preferred, not mandatory)

Proven experience running Meta & Google Ads campaigns

Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools

Strong written English (Malayalam a plus for local content)

Basic understanding of Canva/editing tools; experience with a designer/agency workflow is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
